i'v never excercised in my life ,, maybe some times but not even more than a week ,,
& i have extra 18 pounds .. & want to lose them in 2 months ,, & will use healthy diet with it ,,,
i will go to the gym now 6 times every week ,, so what i should do at gym ?? what machines should use & for how long ?? becuase i dont have a trainer to tell me what to do ,,
& its okay for me to go hard on maself ,,
plz i want to lose weight ,,
