what to do any suggestions welcomed

ok a few weeks ago i had a virus and was on 2 different antibiotics after going to the doctors but a few days before i got sick my under arms were really itcy. then my nodes under them were swollen they still are a little. but now under both arms i have big red bumps that ooze like pimples they really hurt , my reg doctor is retiring and i cant get into him for a few weeks and i feel he really dont care anyway. what could this be i am in pain one min. then itcy the next.i get little ones like the bumps around my lips really the upper one a new one every other day my doctor doenst know why i get them he cant explain them eiether they hurt as well.I have other issues too at times i cant eat nothing will go down have had my throat streched 2 times no relief.i also hurt at times and no explaination eiether. I am a 40 year old female.please help
