I don't if I should make an insurance claim. I currently have a DUI and waiting on my court day July 20. My daughter was in a car accident just yesterday it was her fault. The insurance is in my name and she isn't in it. I told the person she crashed into that I would pay for his repairs he said he had to speak to his mom about it because it was her car. So please people give me some advice.
