I just got my male chihuahua a couple weeks ago and he's only 11 weeks old. He keeps...um, well, trying to get himself off by biting his penis. He also tries to hump our arms and hands...I just wanted to know if this is normal behavior at such a young age? The vet won't let me get him nurtured yet, so I'm not sure what else I can do to stop this. I'm getting freaked out lol. Any advice, thanks!
