i got a samsung captivate back in july and the last of november i was having problems with it charging so i called samsung and sent it off to be repaired and when i got it back it worked fine for a couple of days then starting doing the same thing over now after calling again and arguing with samsung they said they would overnight me a new phone but for some reason i do not believe they are i think they are going to try to fix my phone again (which would not surprise me they have already lied to me 5 times already) and was wondering if there was some sort of lemon law in Mississippi that i could get Samsung for and make them send me a brand new phone or some way that i can get this matter resolved and anyway if anyone has a problem with there Samsung product you might as well throw it away and buy a different brand there customer service is CRAP!!!!!!!!!!! so everyone give me some ideas
