my brother and I have just ended an uncomfortable two months liveing with our parents and are once again on our own.
a celebratory dinner is in order, typpicaly I would just gill us some steaks but the BBQ is still being shipped.
so whats something that
A: about the cost of a big rib steak
B: conducive to consumption of lots of red wine
C: not too dificult to prepair (I'm a awsome cook I just dont want to have to spend hours on this)
D: full of win
any ideas?
wait fuigued it out, pan fried duck breast cooked to medium rare, with greend and shallots wilted in duck fat.
but if anyone else had a better idea go ahead.
