My husband can't stand corned beef and I am not much of a fan either and quite honestly, corned beef on St Patrick's day is an American tradition, not an Irish one For all of the holidays, I like to cook the traditional meals and teach my kids something about that culture, tradition and the people. Dos anyone have any suggestions for a good Irish meal and the recipe. Thanks.
