what to charge local businesses to build and update websites?

i went to school for graphic arts but i've been designing for print the last few years. what should i be charging to build a 3-4 page website?

i usually put a lot of time and detail into any design i do. i have been asked by a few well known, local restaurants to design sites and update weekly or monthly.
 
Depends on the time/effort you are putting into making them and also how good they look. Set yourself an hourly rate and multiply that by the amount of time you spend on each website. Dont go charging to much as it may put people of using your services. Start at a reasonable price and show what you can do.

Also factor overheads into the price.
