What to buy vx8300 or the Razr V3m

I am about ready to buy a new phone and can get either one for free.I plan on buying my family the VX8300 (3 phones on a business plan deal) and the 4 th phone would be under the NE2 plan.So my question is , Is there any advantage to the Razr over the VX8300.
One thing for sure I would need fewer accessories.
