what tinted moisturizer should i get?

i need a really good one . i have a gift card to sephora so i want to buy one from there. my skin is verry wierd so its oily but when i put on foundations it gets scaley and dry? so wha tinted moisturizer should i get from sephora i dont care what brand and hwy should i get it. ps i have acne and is very pail
