What time should I be at the ACT test center?

What time should I be at the ACT test center if the reporting time is 8:00 AM? thirty min before that? what should i take with me?
 
i am taking the test tomorrow and i am going to get there at 7:30 the place i am taking it at is about 15 min away so i am leaving at 7 so i won't be late depending on where you live get there around 30 min so you have time to pick a seat and relax! take your calculator, admissions ticket, license (or identification) , brain, and confidence. hahah good luck.
 
hey i have my ACT tomorrow and it says on my paper to be there at 8 im going around 7:45ish just to be on the safe side. You need to bring a calculator (standard) and 2 pencils no pens and no mechanical pencils
