So I am a 13 year-old girl School is in about two months.
For school I have to wake up around 5:30 AM or so, because of parents' working hours and school bus pick-up.
But anyway, what time should I go to bed on a school night to get enough sleep and be "alert" during the day?
*note: I have trouble falling asleep, so should I have like a "routine" to help me fall asleep easier?
in summer I go to bed at 11 PM and wake up around 6:45 AM
