what the percent a lawyer can charge a client?

I was recently charged 40percent for working on a case,this isnt right it was like he was there when the problem happen,almost like it happen to him
 
Anything he wants.

You also have the right to say that's too much, and take your case to someone else.

The stronger your case is, the less I would be willing to pay.

You have the right (for the time being) to shop for an Attorney like you would car insurance, health care or, sneakers.
