it wont play any of my songs, or any videos online/youtube. i have the newest software, 4.0, and i cant change the background wallpaper thing. no sound from any apps either. ive tried fuckin restoring and restarting it, and the dumbasses at apple dont know what the hell to do besides that. what do i do
