Every so-called "groove metal" band could be put in a different genre.
Pantera IS metalcore whether u like it or not
Machine Head started off with a thrash metal influence but now they're more like metalcore
White Zombie was Alternative Metal
Lamb of God is metalcore
nu-metal is also a made up genre but i won't get into that just yet
If you actually think Pantera isn't Metalcore then you don't know jack about genres!
goddamnit groove metal is not a real genre, and Korn is just a rap-metal band without a rapper
if you think pantera is "groove metal" than walk is the only song you've ever heard by them, and if u think Killswitch Engage started metalcore you don't know sh*t about music. Pantera, Biohazard,,,,,etc were the first wave of metalcore.
