What the hell happened to the Czech Republic???

They were one of the pre-tournament favorites and the looked fantastic in the first game against the USA. Remember that great header by the 6'8" guy?

After that first game you would think they would easily make in the round of 16 and even be a contender for the cup but then the lost to GHANA?!?!?!????

I'm in America so there is not much soccer info here especially on European teams so what the hell happened to the Czech Republic???
 
Its impossible to tell, its like asking where did ghana come from, they were expected to get beat by everyone but didnt. At that level getting nervous can cost you everything, and going in there expecting to lose can actually help you out
