What the hell? All my icons changed?!!?

So I am using an LG Eve on Rogers so I think it is android 1.5

Anyways I was using my phone as a flashlight behind the TV for a bit and I must have pressed some buttons, because the next time I went to use it (maybe an hour later) all my default icons, like browser, camera, etc, are now all these stupid cartoon icons that look retarded... There does not seem to be any setting to change them and I have no idea how I did this. Any ideas? I am using LG homescreen not Android one.
 
I restarted... didn't work. I have no icon packs or apps or anything... This sucks lol. These icons look like they belong on a kids phone. wtf!!!
 
Ok this helps a little is not the solution but for sure some one after this explanation can help You.
The icons You have now is the icons of a theme Your device bring in factory settings Your device have two sets of icons and wallpapers the original android one and the one the Eve have as a skin is about cartoon or kids theme.
 
I think Wonsamin is onto the correct answer there - looks like a theme change.

However, it's worth noting here that if you're rooted then there's is absolutely nothing stopping a malicious app doing something like this. By rooting your phone, you remove the very protection that normally protects you against this kind of thing (i.e. having write access to all files, including system files).
 
This is not screen shots are images from the net and one promotional video of the device showing facts about my theory because this device have by default a baby theme(including miss butterfly,Mr. blue monster & frogy)

Is nothing to feel uncomfortable the one make the mistake is the person to help you from your carrier and also even some times they even don't know and the good thing you fix and best we learn how important this forums are for support and how many guys are here to help us.
