ok so my friend accidently put my itouch in recovery mode and itunes said that i had to restore it and get the update for it to work. i spent 7 hours downloading the update just to find out i have to pay $5 to have it installed to my ipod. and then it totally deleted the update.so now my ipod is basically worthless and if i want it to work again i have to spend another 7 hours gettin the update. i have no other way to get my ipod to work because i need to update. if your answer is anything like "just pay the $5 to get it" then dont bother answering.
