What the heck is this photoshop joke ?

Hey y'all,
I opened photoshop today in order to create some fantastic work and whatever tool I select it just shows me a hand on the cursor...which doesn't do nothing. Has anyone been through this kind of shit before ? Please give me some advice if so. Thanks.
 
Does this hand also showing middle finger photoshop joke right?
Look at your right you will find Tools click on the tools with same shape or Select Tool usually on top .

Try this and check your luck.
