What the heck happen to my Xbox LIVE profile???

Hi I have gametag & Xbox LIVE. When I got home from work, I turn on my Xbox 360 console, it would not open to my profile automatically. My Profile is NOT there & I can't sign Xbox LIVE either at all? I have to start all over again? Yes I have all my Arcade games,music & videos saved on my 20GB. I have to create a gamer profile???

I was doing NOTHING illegal or have bad reputation on Xbox LIVE? Did Microsoft close my account or is it my Xbox 360 console? Thank you!
My profile is corrupted? Why?
 
I think what you have to do is delete the corrupted file and then do recovery!!!

If that doesn't work, call up microsoft!!!
