what terminology is used for developing a supposed project(web development)?

i am doing my final BS project and i have no real customer for the e-commerce website i will be developing.
what terminology is used for this kind of supposed customer based project or in which i am myself the customer/client.
and i will b very thankful if some one provide and outline for such type of project.
