I would say about 250, season them up. Put them in a glass baking dish that is big enough for them, add a little bit of apple juice in the bottom of the glass for the ribs will not dry up. Keep them covered for about 10 hours.
Do not open only open with in about 5 hours of cooking. Here is a good rub recipe, not really like the real stuff but it is close.

1/2 cup paprika

1/4 cup kosher salt, finely ground

1/4 cup sugar
*
2 tablespoons mustard powder
*
1/4 cup chili powder
*
1/4 cup ground cumin
*
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
*
1/4 cup granulated garlic
*
2 tablespoons cayenne
Mix all ingredients and store in a tightly covered container.
