What temperature should I set my baby biorb at, so I can have a tropical fish in it?

It's 15L, and Ive bought the 50w heater kit.
I was only going to add 1 or 2 fish, as the baby biorb's are only 15 Litre's. Im just trying to find out what are tropical fish and what are marine fish ? or are they the same thing? Just want to keep it simple & safe until I learn more about fish keeping.
