convection oven on the rotisserie? Im having a small get together with a friend, and im having a dinner party. Im hopefully going to cook a rotisserie chicken with Hoison sauce. Yum :)

- What temperature should i have the convection oven at?
&
- How long do i cook a size 24 Chicken (2.3 kilos)?
