What team sport is best for a backyard with little hassle and no damage to neighbors?

Maybe half and acre to an acre, a small field, or even an enclosed fence area with just enough room to run.

I'm leaning towards touch/flag football and soccer. Both really just require a ball and makeshift markers.

Basketball if concrete is involved.

Baseball is cool, but I don't know how kids played in street alleys without the ball flying every which way.
