What subwoofer brand has better sound quality?

What brand has better sound quality in general, Rockford Fosgate or JL Audio. For Rockford Fosgate I would probably get a P3 Punch series and for JL audio, a driver around $100 like a 13w1v2. Also what box and amp would you suggest.
 
dont go cheap.

get a mtx thunder round, with a mtx thunder elite and an alpine deck.......

then make your own enclousure if you are capeable.




thats what i want to get for my system when i get my first car, hopefully a starion!
