what substance behaves like mercury :?

1.highly hydrophobic
2. very dens (automatically sinking to the bottom when mixed with water)
3. cannot me mixed with water, even after vigorous mixing (with mixer) - forms a clearly defined barrier with water.
4. is not acidic ( does not ruin plastics,pvc...)
5.not toxic like mercury:)))
 
Some types of silicone oil have those properties. It doesn't look metallic, but it could be colored with dyes that are oil-soluble.
