i have always remembered this story i watched on the tv when i was little. i don't think it was a film or a series, just a drama special.
it was a love story between a young couple (mid/late teens maybe) and i think the boy MAY have worked at a hotel or something. there was a skating rink and the both skated there. then there was an evil ice queen or something, the boy gots a shard of ice in his eye and i think he turns evil.................
