I have a $200 dollar budget for school clothing this year. [I'm going to be in 6th grade, so don't recommend Hot Topic] I don't think Hollister or anything else will do, because I can only get a few things there with $200. My mom has a 40% off coupon for Justice on an entire purchase, but we normally don't go shopping for clothes until around the beginning of August and the coupon expires July 31st. So Justice may be out of the picture. What other nice quality stores do you recommend? But nothing like Goodwill...
