What steps do I take if I was to skip court and move abroad?

I have a court appearance and sentencing coming up next month for some bullshit I didn't do. The odds against me are stacked so I'm thinking of moving to another country and starting afresh.

Anyone got any advice on what to do, how to evade capture, getting papers, etc etc?

Any advice or help would be great.
