what sre some foods to help me lose fat and build muscle?

i'm a little worried about my body so what are some foods to help me lose fat and gain muscle? i already work out (yoga and budakon + P.E. daily) but my eating habits suck, so i was wondering what should i eat to help me lose fat (not much, just a few pounds) and keep me like that.
 
Grilled chicken breast. Properly prepared lean meat (or any source of protein) will help you build muscle and burn fat
 
Egg whites are your friend. They will keep you feeling full. They have no fat. They are almost pure protein. Zero cholesterol.
 
eat less junk food and more health food- eat the same ammount of food, more often- more total, but break it into 5 meals as opposed to 2 or 3.
