In early 2009 I had a knee injury and before that I sprained my ankle and broke it twice but after my knees, I had a wrist injury, and now I am in a back brace because of a broken back. While I had these injuries I was in gymnastics level 7 and had lots of fear issues. Once I overcome this injury-- what sport do you recommend? Would skating be good for me because I already know jumps and leaps because of a friend who teaches me?
