Probably basketball and swimming. In swimming, you move your whole body, pushing your arms and legs and moving your body up and down. In basketball, you run a lot and your arms move a lot too. Resulting in your whole body moving, too.
Wrestling or Soccer... the first got me in the best shape of my life, while the second is 90 minutes of running... and both are a hell of a lot more enjoyable than Cross Country Skiing/Running
