I used to be on a competitive jump rope team and I was very good. I got many 1st and 2nd place ribbons in my age division and I loved it, but now our team is no longer a team (the coaches quit and do not wanna coach anymore). So now I would like to start another sport because I am getting out of shape now. Which sports would you recommend I play now? Thanks sooo much!

Track is a really good sport. I'm doing it this spring. Lacrosse, as well. Good sports to get your leg muscle feel like it's "made of steel" . That's what happened at the end of my fourth year of lacrosse. Swimming, also is a great sport that gets pretty much, your legs and arms toned. Or, you could do cross country skiing, as well, which is really hard, and I bet will keep you active in your 70's if you keep doing it. It works your legs and arms. Or, you could do no sports in school, and do biking in the fall, spring and summer, and weight lifting in the winter. And skiing or snowboarding! Right now.. try cross country, field hockey, lacrosse.. etc... fall sports..
