Lots of high schools offer indoor track during the winter season. That sounds like your sort of thing assuming you won't get sick of two seasons of track in a row.
Gymnastics is also another option. You fit the build and it will really help with your flexibility which will aid your track running. It kinda gets a bad rap, but it can really be enjoyable.
If you want to do a fall sport as well, volleyball and soccer fit your build and are very fun. Schools offer these sports at different times, so you'll need to check which occurs during what season.
