i'd say football, in boxing you don't move around a lot and you get punched, but in football you have to run, tackle, get tackled, and football games go way longer than boxing matches so your body will be more tired from football

sentence answers? I say football, my buddy says boxing. He even went as far as saying that he could take out any football player in a ring, like octagon style. No matter the weight and size, he says he can take whoever down. Me being of a better mind, probably cause I wore a helmet, knows that his words just aren't true. Let me know guys, and girls, what sport its tougher on the body

Boxing without a doubt, although like someone else just mentioned, if your flattened by someone much bigger that u in football your gonna come of far worse, at least with boxing your usually paired up with someone of relatively similar size. However, Boxing is all about delibrately hitting your opponent constantly and with no real protection. also, alot of the damamge is sustained by the head and below the ribcage which are vulnerable parts of the body....so it has to be boxing

football CAN be.. such as if you get tackled by some guy much bigger than you.. but i think generally it'll be boxing, because you're ALWAYS getting hit constantly.

Football- Why I know people how box and do all that MMA and stuff like that, you don't do that stuff every week for 17 weeks with only a one week break, sure you are getting hit in the head, and taking a lot of bad shots, but in the NFL players are getting more damage done on their entire body in general, plus there is that thing call Football Dementia I think is what it is, but it is where after show many concussions their brains are so messed up that they end up killing them self.
