I was home schooled this past year and gained 20 to 30lbs and now I am over-weight.
I am returning to public school and wanted to do a sport that would help me lose weight while at the same time, I'm having a really good time.
Here are the options:
Volleyball, tennis, or track.
I just lost 5lbs this past week.
I was so happy! I started losing the weight after I decided to become vegetarian.
And no, I did NOT become a vegetarian to lose weight.
I was tired of animal testing and the way the kill them, so I was done with meat.
But anyway, I weigh 143lbs and am over-weight for my height and age.
I'm 13 and I think 5' or 5'1. I'm supposed to weigh 95 to 106lbs for my height.
I just couldn't decide because I love all of those sports so much.
I played softball this past spring, but that didn't help me lose weight.

Thank you people who answered! But for future people; Only those sports I included! Volleyball, track, or tennis. I'm not good at basketball or any of that other stuff. Trust me. But thank you! And I swim all the time, so that helps. Haha.
Oh and my school doesn't have a soccer team or I would join that. Been to the YMCA before, but I want to do something at my school. Thanks again!
