Well, I used to BMX-racing Sponsored am. The light bikes! LOL! I also played JV basketball. I would say Basket ball takes more endurance, muscle and strength. Now can B-ball players go out and BMX? Heck no! it is all different types of strength. I can say I was a better skate boarder and BMX rider because I played other sports. I was in shape from all the running. I was conditioned to outlast all the guys that only did that.

Try going up against a road cyclist. he is in better shape than any other athletes, except maybe a runner.
