What specs do I need on a net-book to stream non-hd english subbed anime?

I want to be able to watch anime from this site on the fly. I can not find out if net-books can play this. If you have one and can test this it would be great or if you know the answer that would be great too.

What specs do I need for a net-book to stream this stuff? Any advise from those who know what they are talking about is appreciated.
