I keep hearing that from the right, but I can't seem to find anything in the Constitution that the Democrats have done that is prohibited in the Constitution. Please help me on this!

@ My Name - I agree that the USA PATRIOT Act is unconstitutional, but that was Bush's and I remember the Democrats' outrage.
