I'm researching the specifics of Commercial brand foods, herbs and seasonings vs. any I can grow on my own.
I'm tempting to grow my own garden of herbs, seasonings, vegetables, etc. if the result of these efforts will be "better" than simply driving to Wally-world to buy them from the shelves.
I hear many NEGATIVE ideas about COMMERCIALLY SOLD PRODUCE that I want to grow these veggies in my back yard.
Will my efforts (using the more water from the dwindling water table) be WORTH the nutritional benefit of my home-grown veggies, herbs and seasonings? How / if can I grow these veggies in a CONTAINER if my (yard-full) plans do not mature?
