What speakers should i buy? (sub is louder then my current)?

ok my sub is louder then my speakers unless i turn them really down, but then i want my bass louder but my speakers can't keep up.. so basically im screwed into buying new ones..
i currently have kicker ds 600 and kicker ds 680 installed into my car right now
i want to buy new speakers for the front and back, an amp to power them, and spend no more then 250. any ideas???
for a 2001 kia spectra
 
i would just keep the same mid's and highs and put a 4 channel amp on them so they will be loud enough when you wanna crank up the subs!
