What sound system for my car ?

I turned 16 , I got a car :]
It's a neon , and I want something LOUD ^_^
I don't have a ton of money (hence why I drive a neon haha)
Soooo what speaker/sound system thingggg should I get,

dude thats such an open question. everyones gona tell u different stuff.

go to a local shop and see what they got. you can always haggle with them and get a lower price than what they say. or try onlinecarstereo.com. if you wana be cheap....real cheap u can get a setup with a good 12, box, and amp for anywhere from 200-500. maybe less. then just ghetto rig it with the stock radio. ud have to ask another question for that answer.
but i say if u get a good 12" like a kicker cvx in a ported box with a good amp then it will beat just as hard as 2 12's. my friend has that setup and its up there with my 2 L7's
