What sort of universities should I be aiming for?

Canadian, white
GPA: 4.0 UW, 4.5 W through all 4 years (the maximum at my school)
SAT: 2080
Ranking: Top 5, not sure how many students there are
APs: 2 (again, the max)
Honors: 11
Volunteer hours: 250 hours (mostly day camps and Special Olympics)
Extracurriculars: 2 years basketball, 2 years badminton, 5 years golf, 4 years guitar
Various part-time jobs
Honor roll every term throughout high school, numerous academic awards, and study abroad in Vienna
Planning to double major in linguistics and Russian

I know I'm not Ivy material, nor could I afford them. What schools should I be looking at though (in the US and Canada)?

and I think you can get into a tier one, i got into a tier one, and you did waaaaaaay better than me.
 
You're solid for "second tier" schools.

Consider the following:

Colgate University (great hockey team...)
University of Rochester
George Mason University
Brigham Young University
Rice University
Claremont Colleges
University of Western Ontario
University of Canterbury (New Zealand...)
