I bought a laptop from a liquidation, i was told that its new altough he gave me the one from display, the sales person told me that is their store's policy. The battery is totally dead. when i asked the sales person if there was any problems with it he said no, they display a new computer every few days as one sells another one is displays. my main problem is the battery being dead, i can't even use it in school and they don't have a return policy.
