I got a pretty decent $600 mapex drum kit for my 16th b-day back in May. I love the kit but...i have no clue where to start learning how to play.......I'm trying to get lessons but i honestly dont know when they're actually going to happen 
. But i was just curious as to which songs would be good for me to learn how to play. I eventually want to be able to play God knows by Aya Hirano(japanese artist) or Paper Moon by Tommy Heavenly6 (another jap artist). But i dont know how i can even begin to learn these songs. The only cymbols i have are Zildjian hi-hats and a zildjian crash/ride cymbol. Any suggestions on where i should start or what songs would be good to learn? And plz give me the coolest rock songs possible...no oldie songs that i've never even heard before plz (no offense oldies)
