...to a melody? i arrange songs in midi to write down ideas and id like to be able to put vocals in too. is there any program that i can use to create vocals from scratch. i dont care if they have to sound like microsoft sam just as long as i can put them to notes etc.

*to billy: i dont see anything like what i asked for there.. am i missing it? all i see is spectrum analysis programs and things for recording vocals not composing them. if im missing it can you give me a more specific link or a name.
