what size wrench for my 95 jeep grand cherokee please?

I have a 95 jeep grand cherokee laredo and I need to know what kind of wrench and what size i need to use to take off my starter so I can get it tested cuz im pretty sure I need a new one. its a 6cyl, apparently theyre easy to take off on them.
