What size track bike handlebars should i get?

it's for a fixie. i'm buying online. i don't really know anything about how they measure the handlebars length. so i don't have anything to compare it to.
 
If it is a fixie (for street riding) and not a true dedicated track bike, you might want to steer away from "track" bars. Those are designed to be ridden only in the drops, which is a bit much for street riding. Remember, you need to be able to see where you are going... especially on a fixie.

Ask yourself what position you want to be in while riding. Then, find a bar that allows you to do that.
