I am going to fry a couple bluegill/sunnies for dinner tonight. I am actually going to catch them and it is my first time doing so, so how big (in inches) are the best size for filleting and eating? I will be skinning them and just cooking the meat while avoiding the bones. Any help, recipes, tips, etc. are appreciated.
